DALLAS — Virgin Atlantic (VS) announced today that it plans to open a branch of its flagship Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse lounge in the Tom Bradley International terminal at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). According to a press release, the opening date is Q1 2025.
The Clubhouse will feature a spacious bar, a social area with table-service dining options, and a VIP booth called “The Royal Box.” Mood lighting reflecting the California sunset will also help passengers relax, as the space is designed to benefit passengers’ circadian rhythms and encourage mindfulness to set them up for a relaxing flight.
The lounge's guests will be able to enjoy electronic charging ports and Bluetooth connectivity, both at the bar and in private pods.
Not only will there be space to sit, dine, and unwind, but VS’s Clubhouse will also provide showers and changing facilities for its guests. Just like the Clubhouse lounge at London Heathrow (LHR), the in-house bar will have skilled bartenders serving cocktails and VS’s signature drink, the Virgin Redhead.
Virgin Atlantic’s Chief Customer & Operating Officer, Corneel Koster, said he was “thrilled to bring our award-winning Clubhouse to the vibrant, entertainment capital of Los Angeles, where we know business and leisure travelers alike will enjoy our experience before their flight across the pond.
