By subscribing to Airways Magazine (PRINT EDITION), you are agreeing to the following
Shipping and Return Policy:

DELIVERY

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:● USA: 3–4 business days● Europe: 6–8 business days● Australia: 2–14 business days● Japan: 4–8 business days● International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in Dallas, Texas, USA.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at subscriptions@airwaysmag.com with your order number.If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at subscriptions@airwaysmag.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at subscriptions@airwaysmag.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at subscriptions@airwaysmag.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Refunds are offered if items arrive damaged or if the wrong item is received. Please contact us at [Email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. Discounted products may be refunded if damaged upon arrival


MOBILE APP

These Terms also apply to your use of the Airways MagReader mobile application and any digital magazine, issue archive, publication, feature, or related content made available through the App.

Accounts

You may need to create an account or sign in to access some App features or subscriber content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

Subscriptions

Certain content and features in the App are available only through a paid subscription. Subscription options, billing frequency, pricing, and included access may vary by publication or offering and are shown in the App and/or the applicable app store listing at the time of purchase. For subscriptions purchased through Apple: payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase;subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period;you may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase; any free trial, introductory offer, or promotional pricing will convert or renew according to the terms shown at purchase unless canceled in time. Apple defines auto-renewable subscriptions as products that renew automatically until the user cancels, with pricing and duration configured in App Store Connect.

Billing, Refunds, and Store Terms

If you purchase through Apple, billing, payment processing, certain refunds, and related transaction handling are governed by Apple’s terms and policies in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for Apple’s billing systems or refund decisions for App Store purchases.

Access Rights

A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the digital content covered by your subscription for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit app content unless expressly authorized.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue the App, its features, subscription offerings, supported publications, or content availability at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: interfere with the App’s operation or security;attempt unauthorized access to accounts, content, or systems; reverse engineer or misuse the App except where prohibited by law; use the App in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Termination does not affect payment obligations already incurred.

Disclaimers

The App and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as otherwise required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
