Porter Airlines, Pascan Aviation Announce Partnership

DALLAS — Porter Airlines (PD) and Pascan Aviation (P6) have partnered to enhance air travel accessibility across Eastern Canada, leveraging Porter’s North American network.

As the third-largest airline in Canada, PD, along with P6, a regional carrier based in Quebec, is working toward this goal by utilizing Pascan’s existing regional flights, which focus on Quebec and the coastal areas. P6 operates eight SAAB 340B aircraft with a 33-seat configuration.

At present, interested tourists and travelers can connect through Halifax and Quebec City via Porter-Pascan routes. Over 90 connecting flights are available, linking eight Pascan destinations in Eastern Canada to PD’s network across North America.

The signed agreement marks the first phase of expanding flight options for PD and P6 passengers. The upcoming opening of the new terminal at Montreal Metropolitan Airport (YHU) will further enhance travel connectivity. PD will operate a significant flight schedule alongside Pascan from this conveniently located airport.

Available Routes

This partnership will allow year-round connections on transcontinental routes such as Vancouver – Sydney, Nova Scotia (NS), and Orlando – Saint John, New Brunswick (NB). Additionally, increased connectivity within Eastern Canada will include routes such as Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (ON) – Bonaventure, Quebec (QC), and Gaspe, QC – Timmins, ON.

Quebec City and Halifax will be the primary connecting airports, with other airports serving as secondary options. Travelers can now book combined Porter-Pascan itineraries through flyporter.com, pascan.com, or travel agencies.
