Prague Airport: A 165-Destination Summer 2025 Network

DALLAS — Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) is gearing up for a busy summer of 2025. Its new flight network includes 165 destinations with 75 carriers.

The summer timetable, valid from 30 March to 25 October, depicts the rising pass-through volume and expanded airline capabilities.

New Routes, Expanded Connectivity

The upcoming summer schedule includes several key additions. As a result, Air Canada will add a direct route to Toronto, improving transatlantic connectivity, and Asiana Airlines (OZ) will upsize its service capacity from Seoul. The Middle East: Etihad Airways (EY) will begin direct flights to Abu Dhabi.

Regional connectivity will also be boosted, with airBaltic (BT) relaunching the link between Prague and all three Baltic capitals via a new route to Vilnius. Meanwhile, Croatia Airlines (OU) will continuously boost European connectivity to Zagreb.

More Capacity on Busy Routes

More than 40 scheduled routes will have increased frequency and larger aircraft. Further flights will be added for popular holiday destinations, including Greece, Italy, and Turkey. Emirates will utilize the Airbus A380 on its route between Prague and Dubai, providing a major boost in available capacity.

Newly added destinations include Zanzibar and Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. Croatia Airlines is expanding its network with new services to Zagreb, Split, and Dubrovnik.

Waiting in Line: A Logistical Nightmare for Passengers

Prague Airport anticipates 18 million passengers through the summer season. Although it plans to meet the increased demand with an expanded network, delays could still be an issue. Airport officials work closely with airline partners to reduce disruption and maximize operational efficiency.

“The summer timetable responds to an increasing interest from travelers, as well as the airlines’ readiness to expand, with an increased number of flights and new direct routes from Prague.” We anticipate a record number of 18 million passengers this season. However, delays cannot be ruled out, and Prague Airport, in cooperation with its airline partners, is making every effort to minimize any complications,” states Jiří Pos, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Prague Airport.

Prague Airport is establishing itself as a key destination for business and leisure travelers, with an extended route map and enhanced connectivity.
