TAIPEI — Following the announcement of a new nonstop flight from Taipei to Phoenix and Arizona, STARLUX (JX) has partnered with American Airlines (AA) to enhance connectivity between Taipei and North America.

The partnership will greatly expand STARLUX’s reach into the U.S., with customers accessing American’s vast North American network. It will also increase travel choices for American Airlines customers looking to travel to Taipei,” said STARLUX CEO Glenn Chai.
A New Interline Partnership
The new interline agreement will allow passengers greater connectivity across AA’s extensive North American network and JX’s transpacific and Asian routes on a single-ticket booking and through-checked luggage.

Single-ticket bookings on STARLUX-American Airlines itineraries are already open for sale via travel agents.
Seamless Connectivity
Phoenix (PHX) is one of the key hubs for AA in the U.S. For the best strategic advantage and passengers' convenience, JX has scheduled Taipei-Phoenix flights to smooth connections to AA’s flights to major U.S. cities such as New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Charlotte, Miami, Dallas, Las Vegas, El Paso, and others.
Flight JX026 arrives at PHX at 5:40 PM, allowing passengers to continue their travel to more than 40 destinations in the U.S. Flight JX025 departs from PHX at 10:45 PM, allowing travellers from over 60 AA destinations to transfer to JX’s flight to Taipei.
Flight between Taipei and Phoenix will be operated by Airbus A350 with 306 in four-class configuration - four in First Class, 26 in Business Class, 36 in Premium Economy, and 240 in Economy.
