FORT WORTH — oneworld Alliance has released its first-ever list of the top 10 stopover destinations for Round the World travel in 2026.

The alliance’s "Round the World" ticket is an exclusive airline hack, consisting of a single ticket that allows travelers cost-effective, flexible travel with unprecedented access to more than 900 global destinations and up to 12 months to explore. 

New data from the alliance show that solo travel is on the rise, with 66% of "Round the World" travelers embarking on their journeys alone, visiting an average of seven destinations over three or more months.

The top destinations are:

With the addition of Fiji Airways (FJ) and Oman Air (WY) this year, and Hawaiian Airlines (HA) set to join the alliance in 2026, searches for destinations in the Pacific, including Fiji, the Cook Islands, Kiribati, and Hawaii, as well as Oman, have increased.

The alliance data also reveals Japan is the top origin market for Round the World tickets, followed by Australia, the United Kingdom, the U.S., and Hong Kong.
