DALLAS—According to an airline press release, Oman Air (WY) will resume more frequent flights to Moscow following the suspension of some flights on June 30.
On October 29, Oman's flag carrier will fly to the Russian capital three times weekly. This will increase to five flights per week on Dec. 1 and six flights per week on Dec. 25.
Announcing the news is Mike Rutter, the airline's Chief Commercial Officer, who states that Moscow is one of the airline's top winter destinations, clarifying how the decision to operate an increase in flight frequency is dictated by several reasons, including increased connectivity and meeting seasonal demand.
Further details concern the type of aircraft with which the Moscow connections will be operated: Boeing 737s, offering Economy and Business environments, superior service, and fine dining.
