Discover Introduces Ocean Blue Business Class

FRANKFURT— Discover Airlines (4Y) has unveiled details of its new long-haul Business Class product, branded Ocean Blue Business Class, alongside the introduction of a higher-privacy Business Class Suite, as the Lufthansa Group carrier continues to refine its premium offering.

The new Ocean Blue Business Class features an all-aisle-access layout with fully flat beds, positioning 4Y in line with current long-haul Business Class standards. Seats are equipped with adjustable privacy dividers, allowing passengers to increase separation from neighboring seats when desired.

Each Business Class seat includes a 17.3-inch 4K inflight entertainment screen, wireless charging, PC power, USB-A and USB-C ports, and dedicated storage compartments. The configuration is designed to support both work and rest during long-haul flights.

Alongside the standard Business Class seats, 4Y is expanding the cabin with two Business Class Suites offering a higher level of privacy. The suites feature closeable doors, beds longer than 2 meters, adjustable privacy dividers, and a larger 32-inch 4K display. The suites can be reserved in advance through the airline’s Advanced Seat Reservation program.

According to the airline, the suite product includes all standard Business Class features, supplemented by additional amenities and a more personalized service concept.

In addition to the updated seating, 4Y’s Business Class offering includes à la carte dining, unlimited in-flight entertainment, and access to premium airport services.
