SEATTLE — Alaska Airlines (AS) announced its all-new International Business Class on March 31, launching this spring aboard brand-new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners as the carrier expands nonstop service to Europe and Asia from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
The product debut coincides with the airline's five-year anniversary as a member of the oneworld alliance, through which AS now connects guests to over 900 destinations worldwide.

The suite
Alaska's new International Business Class features fully lie-flat suites with privacy doors, direct aisle access, and 18-inch HD entertainment screens with over 1,500 movies and TV shows.
Guests will receive luxury bedding developed in collaboration with Pacific Northwest outfitter Filson, including a mattress pad, a sleeping pillow, a lumbar pillow, and an oversized duvet, along with a collectible amenity bag featuring Salt & Stone skincare products.
Starlink Wi-Fi is scheduled to be installed on Alaska's 787-9 fleet this fall and will be free for Atmos Rewards members.

Dining
The onboard dining program opens with a cheese-and-charcuterie welcome service paired with West Coast wines, Roederer Champagne, and PNW-local Stumptown coffee.
The main service offers up to six route-specific entree options, including a signature short rib developed in partnership with Seattle chef Brady Ishiwata Williams and sourced from Klingemann Farms.
The meal concludes with a Salt & Straw sundae cart, and guests receive a destination-inspired pre-arrival meal before landing.
