Aer Lingus Announces Dublin-Nashville Nonstop Service

DALLAS — Nashville International Airport (BNA) and Ireland’s flag carrier, Aer Lingus (EI), today announced the launch of a new nonstop service between Dublin, Ireland, and Nashville, Tennessee, starting April 12, 2025.

This 8.5-hour route from BNA to Dublin Airport (DUB) will be served by a state-of-the-art Airbus A321XLR four times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The flight will provide seamless onward connections from DUB to 22 destinations throughout Europe, including London, Edinburgh, Rome, Amsterdam, Paris, Manchester, and Berlin. Furthermore, DUB's US customs and immigration pre-clearance facility will save time for passengers traveling to the US.

Aer Lingus is the fifth-largest European airline that operates between the US and Europe. You can join Captain Frank Lawless and First Officers Kristopher Worrall & Anne Kirwan in the flight deck of EI's A330 for the inaugural flight from DUB to Denver (DEN) earlier this year in the video below.

Comments from Airport, Airline Officials

"A new chapter in travel history begins today as Music City and the Emerald Isle are linked by a nonstop flight through our exciting new partnership with Aer Lingus," said Doug Kreulen, president and CEO of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA).

"Nashville's legendary music scene and Dublin's rich history make this a natural pairing," continued Kreulen. "This nonstop flight will offer travelers an unforgettable opportunity to experience the best of both worlds, from exploring Ireland's stunning landscapes and ancient ruins to immersing themselves in Nashville’s vibrant Broadway experience. It's the perfect combination for those seeking adventure, culture, and a truly unforgettable journey."

Susanne Carberry, Aer Lingus’ Chief Customer Officer, commented, "This direct route between Dublin and Nashville is a hugely exciting addition to Aer Lingus’ expanding North American network. This non-stop connection will strengthen the deep cultural, musical and business ties between Ireland and Tennessee."
