The only things I love more than being an established connoisseur and experienced appreciator of premium in-flight and hospitality services, are the intriguing meals I devour across the planet. I have had to remember over 3,000 hotel room numbers, earned and burned enough miles for a dozen rides to the moon, and savored the likes of just about every questionably edible morsel worth writing about. My favorites: Fogo Island Inn, Sextantio de la Civita, Cathay, Qatar, Singapore, Soupe de Poisson and Hazelnut Dacquoise.
