MIAMI – Taos Air (TSM), a virtual airline based in Taos, NM, is to restart services to Texas with destination Austin (AUS) and Dallas-Love Field (DAL), and California’s Carlsbad (CRQ), and Hawthorne (HHR) effective July 1 and up to September 27.

Taos Air as such does not own any aircraft but will use Advanced Air’s (AN) Dornier 328 twin jets configured to seat 30 passengers. The services offered are purely point-to-point flights since the carrier does not have codeshare or interline agreements with other airlines but, according to AirlineGeeks Taos Air is in talks with other carriers on this subject.

The schedule for the summer period will see flights destined to AUS and CRQ operated on Thursday and Sunday while those to DAL and HHR will be flown on Friday and Monday. Taos Air has no competitors on the CRQ to TSM run while other carriers are present on the remaining destinations served by the airline.

Winter Season Flights


Starting on December 16, Taos Air will offer services to the ski resort stations in the Taos Ski Valley with three weekly services to the four destinations on its network during the Winter season. Taos Ski Valley, as an incorporated company, actually owns the airline,
