MIAMI — On November 12, JetBlue Airways will launch nonstop flights between Orlando, Florida (MCO)  and Salt Lake City, Utah (SLC).

In a written statement, Frankie Littleford, JetBlue’s Vice President of Customer Support, said “We are thrilled to add this much-requested new service and connect Utah with one of America’s most popular destinations for business and leisure travel.”

Salt Lake City is home to more than 2,000 JetBlue reservation crewmembers who assist customers when they call 1-800-JETBLUE.

The new flight will depart from Orlando at 8:24 PM, and it will arrive in Salt Lake City at 11:08 PM. The return flight will depart Salt Lake City at 11:59 PM and arrive in Orlando at 6:21 AM the following day. All times local.

An Airbus A320-200 aircraft, seating 150 passengers (including 42 Even More Space seats — 42Y+ / 108Y), will operate the new flights.

This new route will become the airlines 24th nonstop destination from its growing Orlando focus city. Now, Salt Lake City passengers will be able to connect through Orlando to 23 destinations, including several cities in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Currently, Delta Air Lines also flies this route. It offers two daily departures in each direction.
