Since 1994, Airways has published over 255 issues, sold on newsstands in over 30 countries and to subscribers in over 65 nations. Like our name suggests, we connect the globe through invisible lines in the sky, and after two decades of constant publication, Airways continues to reinvent itself with a new image, edge, and one of America’s top-3 commercial aviation portals. Today, we are more than just a magazine and a news site; we are the last-standing commercial aviation magazine in North America. Our readership is composed of aviation professionals, enthusiasts, historians, commercial pilots and industry-related individuals.   • InDesign (with all supporting images and fonts)
  • All images should be 300 dpi and color as CMYK.
  • Magazine Trim – 8.375 inches x 10.875 inches | (Bleed is extra .125 inch all around)
  • Double spread – 16.75 inches x 10.875 inches | (Bleed is extra .125 inch all around)
  • Illustrator EPS, TIF, or PDF files are accepted.
  • Ads created in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Power Point, or any PC-based word processing program cannot be accepted.
  • GIF and JPEG files will NOT be accepted due to poor resolution quality.
  • Ad recreation is available through our Art Department at an additional production rate.

The following are certain terms and conditions governing advertising published in Airways. Submission of insertion order for placement of advertising in the magazine constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.


Multiple rates are for one insertion.
Rates are based on net 10 days from invoice dates.
Cancellation of advertising space will not be accepted after closing date.
The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement for any reason at any time even though a space reservation has been made and acknowledged by the publisher.
Web Directory advertising rates are non-commissionable to agencies. Rates are based on net 10 days from invoice date.
Credit card payment or check/money order in advance required from first-time advertisers for the first three (3) insertions. Accounts are subject to a late payment finance charge (1.5%)
