DALLAS — Turkish Airlines (TK) has expanded its flight network to include Denver as the 14th destination in the United States of America.
On June 11, 2024, TK began operating three weekly flights to Denver International Airport (DEN), its 347th destination in 130 countries. From July 9, 2024, the frequency will increase to four flights per week.
Commenting on the new route, Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee of Turkish Airlines, Prof. Ahmet Bolat, stated, "We are delighted to add a new route to our expanding flight network. We began our operations to the Americas on August 26, 1988, with flights to New York via Brussels. Six years later we began direct flights to New York. Today, we are proud to fly directly to 14 destinations in the United States, including Denver. This new route will offer our passengers the opportunity to discover the historical and cultural richness of Istanbul and our country."
The flag carrier of Türkiye will operate flights between Istanbul Airport (IST) and DEN, and special launch prices are available on the airline’s website.
Scheduled Flight Times for Denver Flights
Turkish Airlines is the 26th airline to serve DEN. Flights are scheduled to initially operate three days per week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on board an Airbus A350-900 aircraft. DEN notes that a "fourth frequency, on Sundays, will be added on July 9, 2024."
A member of the Star Alliance, TK was established in 1933 with a fleet of five aircraft. Today, the airline operates 457 (passenger and cargo) aircraft flying to 293 international and 53 domestic, in 130 countries.
