Qatar Airways Has Landed at Hamburg Airport

DALLAS – The State of Qatar's official airline, Qatar Airways (QR), began operating flights from Doha Hamad Airport (DOH) to Hamburg (HAM). This is their 49th destination in Europe. 

From DOH to HAM, QR89 leaves at 8:35 a.m. and arrives at 2:10 p.m. Returning at 3:40 p.m., it lands in Doha at 11:40 p.m. These flights are available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, providing a convenient schedule for travelers.

QR91 travels from Doha to Hamburg every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, leaving at 02:15 and arriving at 7:50 a.m. QR92 leaves at 9:20 a.m. and arrives at 4:20 p.m. from HAM to DOH. These are local times.

Expanding Global Reach

The carrier's press announcement states that HAM is its fifth German city reachable straight from DOH. With this new connection, travelers can now access the airline's extensive global network of about 170 destinations, fostering a sense of global connectivity.

Additionally, belly cargo is carried on these flights, contributing roughly 11% of the growth in HAM's cargo industry and enhancing commercial ties between Germany, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
