DALLAS — Porter Airlines (PD) announced today that, starting May 1, 2025, it will introduce new daily flights between Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and New York's LaGuardia Airport (LGA).
The carrier will operate up to three roundtrip flights daily from LGA's recently renovated Terminal B, which underwent a US$5.1 billion modernization. Porter's interline partnership with JetBlue (B6) at LGA connects various destinations across the southern United States.
The new LGA route strengthens Porter's presence in the New York market, complementing its existing service to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
Toronto-LaGuardia Flight Schedule
The flight schedule offers multiple daily options in both directions. From YYZ to LGA, flights depart at 7:15 a.m. arriving at 8:55 a.m. daily, at 2:50 p.m. arriving at 4:30 p.m. daily, and at 7:25 p.m. arriving at 9:05 p.m. every day except Saturdays.
In the opposite direction, from LGA to YYZ, flights depart at 6:15 a.m. arriving at 7:55 a.m. every day except Sundays, at 9:55 a.m. arriving at 11:35 a.m. daily, and at 5:30 p.m. arriving at 7:10 p.m. daily. All times are local.
With this addition, Porter's total New York area service, including its routes from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) and Ottawa to Newark, will reach up to 15 daily roundtrips, marking a significant expansion in one of North America's busiest air travel markets.
