Norse Atlantic Airways Debuts New York-Athens Flights

DALLAS — On May 30, 2024. low-cost long-haul airline Norse Atlantic Airways (N0) celebrated its latest inaugural flight from New York (JFK) to Athens (ATH).

The new route joins the New York to London Gatwick, Paris, Berlin, Rome, and Oslo routes offered by the airline.

The 9-hour, 35-minute flight from New York to Athens will initially depart five times a week, taking off Saturday at 1:55 p.m. EDT, arriving Sunday at 6:30 a.m. local time, Monday at 1:30 a.m. EDT–6:05 p.m. local time, Tuesday at 12:55 p.m. EDT, arriving Wednesday at 5:30 a.m. local time, Wednesday 1:10 p.m. EDT, arriving Thursday at 5:45 a.m. local time, Thursday at 1:25 p.m. EDT, and arriving Friday at 6:00 a.m. local time.

Norse Atlantic exclusively flies Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, whose seats are equipped with a state-of-the-art personal entertainment system, enhancing the overall journey. Cabin choices include Economy and Norse Premium: Features industry-leading comfort with a 43" seat pitch and 12" recline, perfect for arriving refreshed.

There are also three fare options. Light: Value option for budget-conscious travelers. Classic: Offers additional benefits and services. Flextra: Includes maximum baggage allowance, two meal services, enhanced airport and onboard experiences, and increased ticket flexibility.
