KLM Adds Portland, Oregon, to Its Transatlantic Network

DALLAS — From October 27, 2024, KLM (KL) will add Portland to their flight networks from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS), replacing Delta Air Lines (DL) service to this route, which was operated by the American carrier for 15 years.

AMS-PDX Route Schedule

The new route— the 21st direct connection with the US, which starts on October 27, 2024, will be operated thrice weekly on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.

For Summer 2025, KL will increase the frequency to five weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from AMS to Portland Airport (PDX).

The flights will be operated on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, which offers 30 seats in World Business Class, 21 in Premium Comfort Class, and 224 in Economy Class.
