Frontier Airlines Launches Nonstop from JFK to Atlanta

DALLAS — On August 13, 2024, Denver-based ULCC Frontier Airlines (F9) will begin new nonstop flights daily between New York John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK), and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (ATL).

This new route was announced on June 27, adding it to the previously announced daily route between JFK and Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas (LAS).

Both JFK to ATL and JFK to LAS will start on August 13.

Josh Flyr, vice president of network and operations design at Frontier Airlines, expressed optimism through a press statement, saying that the airline was “thrilled to announce this new service at JFK, offering area consumers affordable and convenient travel to Atlanta and beyond.” 

Frontier operates a fleet of 147 aircraft, all of which are part of the Airbus A320 family, including the USA’s largest fleet of A320neo aircraft.

The ULCC services destinations in North and Central America, with its hubs being Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Tampa.
