DALLAS — Last Friday, Delta Air Lines (DL) resumed its daily nonstop flights to Tel Aviv (TLV) from New York-JFK this summer, utilizing an Airbus A330neo. The route offers DL customers nearly 2,000 weekly seats between New York and Israel.
The airline's Tel Aviv flights were suspended in October 2023 following the Hamas attack on Israel. Now, the flight have resumed following "a thorough security risk assessment" by the airline. DL says it will continue to monitor the situation in Israel closely, in collaboration with government and private-sector partners.
