N66051 is a Boeing 767-424ER operated by United Air Lines ‒ Continental Airlines. This particular aircraft was the first 767-400ER delivered to Continental Airlines, and Gordon Bethune, who was CEO of CO from 1996-2003, personally ferried the aircraft to Houston, Texas, on August 31, 2000.

During December 2012, nº 3051 flew approximately 135,200mi (217,580km) operating 40 flight segments.
